Rupert Spira

Here is some quotes by Rupert Spira.

-If seeking is not denied or frustrated, if it is allowed to run its full course, it will come to its own limit.

-Awareness or Consciousness is the open Unknowingness on which every experience is written.

-It is so obvious that it is not noticed.

-It is so close that it cannot be known as an object and yet is always known.

-It is so loving that all things possible to be imagined are contained unconditionally within it.

-It is so open that it receives all things into itself.

-It is so spacious and unlimited that everything is contained within it.

-It is so present that every single experience is vibrating with its substance.

-It is only this open Unknowingness, the source, the substance and the destiny of all experience,

that is indicated here, over and over and over again.

The Bottom Line

Nathan Gill has written two very, very important books concerning about all this blogg IS about. I really recomend this books from the heart. If there is a "bottom line" then it is very described there in this books.....to begin with.....contemplate over this Quote by Nathan:

"If all there is is Consciousness, if there is only Consciousness, then why or for what are you still seeking? If there is only Consciousness then right now you must be That and every thing else that appears in and as awareness must also be That, including any sense of separate self. Any appearance of mundane, ordinary existence can be no less of Consciousness than any appearance of unconditional love, wholeness, bliss, stillness, silence or anything else. Does anything really need to be transcended, found or let go of?"

Missing a beat

Being sleep to the me is to be awake. Missing a beat, a moment when the mind was not there, in control, is awakening. When the mind stops and missing a beat. That's the start. Bee still. Miss a beat. And you are awake. If you love this. This awakeness will pull you deeper and deeper an deeper. And then will YOU speak about awakening.

We are all already awake, it is the natural state, and its nature is known when one is conscious of ‘being’ before clicking into identifying as the personal identity. This awakeness is the all pervading fullness of only ‘Good’ with no space left for anything else.

Stuart Schwarts

It's all one thing

-You are the observer and you are the observed too. It all collapses down to a one thing.

-You are the dreaming. You cannot separate yourself from the dream. It's all one thing. When you are gone, the dream are gone.

-It is very inclusive, everything is in it.

-This appearing world is a very convincing scenario, it seems really real.

-Reality is inherently unexpected to itself, you never know, its always new and fresh in eternity.

-That something is old appears only in the mind, it's just an idea, not real.

-This only fact of your undeniable existence is unarguable.

-The mind function is relevant in navigation, in orientation and have a direction in the world. The mind has it proper place in our living, but...to explain life and existence in the deepest sence it is completley useless. To use the mind on wrong subjects harms us.

-Reality is that where states of counsciousness occure. Reality is what ever it is in this actual moment.

-The invisible part of your life determens everything in your life.

-In and out of it is not relevant, beacause everything is in it, or it is nowhere. That is a spacious one thing that allows every "thing".

-There is no cause and effect in reality. Reality is acausal. Nothing ever happens in counsciousness. A dream never moves anywhere. The point is to do whatever you are doing, obviously. This acausality is impossible to understand. Understanding needs mind and thinking.
Being is acausal. In the deepest sence your pure essence is being an acausal. Thoughts and reasoning appear in being, awareness. This awareness is what you are and you are never away from it.

The dreamanalogy

You are the dreaming itself. What you dream doesn't affect the dreamer. Whatever the content is doesn't affect awareness. If you look close, the illusion breakes down. Appearance is always disappearing simultaneously. Enlightenment is not better then unenlightenment. It happens what happens. Everything has its own time.

The whole does the affecting. The whole is always untouched of what is going on in it. It is always
going to be different then we thought it to be.

Your karma is doing itself, beacause its free.

Roshitalks

-The self that you think that you are appear in the stream of thoughts.
-Life is a divine expression without any reason.
-Awareness makes the vastness possible.
-The raw, naked, simplicity of what is, ends the mindgame.
-You cannot talk, reason, explain, grasp or think about it and jet it is all and everything that there is. Smiling at our face.
-The content changes but this cannot. This is the paradoxical awareness.

Quotes of Adyashanti

Enlightenment is perceiving not through the lens of ego. It is not an unending satori experience, unending awakening experience. This misunderstanding will create more Tail chasing then it is dreamed possible.

It is not the quality of "aha" that will sustain because it will not sustain itself. Next week you maybe going to have another "aha" that is bigger.

True practices or useful spiritual disciplines, if there is any, is a way not fueling the egoic consciousness.

The liberating truth is not static; it is alive. It cannot be put into concepts and be understood by the mind. The truth lies beyond all forms of conceptual fundamentalism. What you are is the beyond—awake and present, here and now already.
To be here, all you have to do is let go of who you think you are. That’s all! And then you realize, "I’m here." Here is where thoughts aren’t believed. Every time you come here, you are nothing. Radiantly nothing. Absolutely and eternally zero. Emptiness that is awake. Emptiness that is full. Emptiness that is everything.

Adyashanti

Isn't that beautiful; "Emptiness that is awake. Emptiness that is full. Emptiness that is everything"....the Emptiness that is vibrating aliveness...full of everything. Nothing is missing.

Enlightenment

A spiritual Advaita teacher called Mooji talks about enlightenment....dialog;

Question:Mooji, is it really possible to become or to gain enlightenment ? Has there be anyone who has become enlightened or awake through coming to Satsang and if so, could you say who ? ( All laugh )

Mooji:In truth it is not possible to become enlightened as you put it because no one is there as such to become enlightened in the first place. The firm recognition or realisation that there isn't a 'somebody' in reality to gain enlightenment, and that there can never be an entity at any time, either now or in the future, to gain any such state, is what amounts to enlightenment.

This direct realisation occur and become revealed, confirmed and convincing truth through the process of self enquiring. 'Self-enquiry', also called atma-vichara, is one effective means of exposing the unreality of the 'I-concept', or ego, ordinarily felt to be the fact of oneself, leaving the pure immutable Self as the single an perfect reality.

This is the ultimate truth. You ask: 'Is there anyone who through attending Satsang has become awake'. This has already been addressed in my previous statement but I will further add here that there has been and continues to be the constant recognition of this fact that the ego identity is a myth, a fictitious character. That individuality as such is an expression of pure consciousness/beingness and not the fact or definition of that Beingness.

That oneself remains behind as the witness or the noticing of the phenomena arising spontaneously in consciousness. That ones true self is formless and nameless presence only which arises or shines as peace, joy and happiness felt as loving contentment. When this recognition occurs within each individual point or expression of consciousness known as a person, that state is called 'awakening' or 'enlightenment'.You ask that I point out if there is such a person present here ? In common language I will say a number of persons here have arrived at this point of clear seeing/being beyond mere intellectual or academic understanding or acceptance.

However, the mental tendencies and identification aren't instantly or completely destroyed and the ego-sense, posing as the seat of reality, though expose through enquiry as mere illusion, continues to appear; this is natural. The duty and challenge here is to repeatedly bring this I-individuality sense back into the heart/source whenever it arises and by training the attention to stay in the source, which is your true self, it gradually merges in the source and become the source itself. Finally, who could the 'I' be who will claim 'I've got it' or 'I am a realised person'.

Who or what can be the possessor of enlightenment ? Isn't it the same ego ? Do you see my point ? However, some masters have indeed declared and affirmed themselves as the one pure, qualityless reality and have spoken so from pure, direct ego-less knowledge/conviction. This is also correct in my view and is most refreshing, authoritative and natural, so that we may know it is not possible to frame or limit the pure self by any human standard or logic.

True way of being

Here is some quotes from John de Ruiter. This pointing quotes is really powerful and points to the source of your self. When you are feeling or recognize the words from your inner being something starts to resonate. If you try to grasp and think intellektually about the words you are lost and miss the point....so try to feeeel...where is the finger pointing?

"Wholeness of orientation creates a true way of true being that can profoundly see, profoundly recognize and truly know."

Have you ever remained deeply at rest within . . . allowing yourself in the simplest and loveliest way to just be gentled and stilled... enjoying the natural, benevolent manner that is already within you?

"The fulfillment of awareness, the potential of you as Reality, is a functional, multi-faceted and golden identity."

The transcendental yet immediate living way of Truth is the only living foundation of authentic existence, and is the only legitimate beginning of recognizing human awareness and its capacity as pure consciousness.

"Before there is ever a rightness of action there is, at first, a rightness of being."

Only a being-oriented self has the capacity to deal rightly with want and need in whatever form, both inward arising and outward. A true way of being gives itself within to all it encounters from its natural, benevolent way of gentledness and restedness.

If a way of being that is true is growing, then a real self is emerging and expanding.

The show

Life is a directly sent live show in realtime. It’s meaningless to regret, done is done, forget and keep on. This show is totally pointless and alive, aliveness itself. This show is complete in the same moment when the happenings occur. Nothing is missing.

Who is asking?

Awareness is not an object that the mind can know.

Mind is turning itself to an object that is appearing in awareness.
This falseness needs an investigation. Then it is seen that there never was anyone there. The knower is abscense. There never was a knower and still the knowing happens. How can the knowing happen without the knower? That's a good one...isn't it?

Is there an answer to that?

Who is asking?

The knowing itself.

Follow the bliss, not the object of bliss.

Follow happiness, not the object of happiness.

Follow awareness, not the object in awareness.

Thé greatest need

We are very ungrateful to existens. It has given som much to us. And without our asking. And we are such ungrateful creatures. That we dont even bother to look around in our existens and see what it is continuously doing for us, the sun, the moon, the stars, the trees, the birds, the animals, the peopels.

You are living in a tremendously beatiful dream. But you have to be awake about it. Then only the greatifulness arises. I call thatg reatifulness true religion. All that it needs is a great gratitude to the existens. Just a simpel phenomenon a deep felt gratitude to existens, that this existens would have been missing something without you, that this vast existens needs you, no-one else.

Your place was empty before you and will be empty after you. It is irreplacable. That gives a great contentment. Mans greatest need is to be needed. The whole existens needs you, otherwise you have not been here.
