ALL THERE IS IS THIS
And this is what is happening . . . reading these words, hearing sounds, feeling, thinking “so what’s next?” Well, what’s next is also this! Aliveness simply being what is . . . the arising in the falling away, the ending in the beginning, the nothing in the everything.
There is no other. So there is being this even in the seeking of this . . . the searching for peace of mind, fulfilment, happiness or anything else that would resolve this agitation, this longing . . .
And this is all there is, even within the struggle of trying to work it out, collecting meaningful concepts, turning the page yet again for further words and still not hearing what they whisper.
How can space be caught in a net? And what is it that would need to find that which has never been lost? What is trying to escape from being this? Run as fast as you can back to that which you think you can know and do . . . finding your true nature, opening your heart, staying aware, or killing the ego, and this will still be all there is . . . you looking for a place you can call your home.
But being cannot be possessed, taught or even valued . . . it is wonderfully useless, it’s not what you think you want. Being this won’t make you happy or special and neither will it make your life work.
And yet it is the priceless freedom that is beyond measure. Many will come across this message and move back to the fascination of personal endeavour. But for some there can be a resonance, a recognition . . . and suddenly the myth of separation collapses and all there is is the boundless wonder of simply being this.

Verkligheten
“You aren’t like a bird flying onto a dead tree. You’re like a leaf that grows out of the tree. You are what the whole Universe is doing. An apple tree APPLES, and the earth just PEOPLES!”
Allan Watts
Life becomes a blessing when nothing means anything anymore; when everything is what it is, when all the stories are gone, and we just wake up to reality.
Nathan
There is no greater mystery than this,
that we keep seeking reality,
though in fact we are reality.”
Ramana Maharshi
There is an exquisite paradox that what we are seeking, we already are. The truth is there is nothing you have to do 'first' to become enlightened, nothing you 'can' do to become what you already are. A simple shift in attention confirms this. You have always been your real self.
Once we do wake up or realize who we are; then the miracle isn't how anyone ever becomes enlightened. Then the real miracle is how any of us ever pretended that we're not.
Nathan
"Too lazy to be ambitious, I let the world take care of itself. Ten days worth of rice in my bag; a bundle of twigs by the fireplace. Why chatter about delusion and enlightenment? Listening to the night rain on my roof, I sit comfortably, with both legs stretched out."

Rahasya om uppvaknande
An excerpt from Rahasya's Book "Avalanches and Awakening":
Who we really are
Who we really are is the consciousness behind any content. Who we really are is the awareness behind all stories. Who we really are is the pure witness, eternal presence. This presence is one. It is the same presence in you. It is the same presence in me. It is the same presence in trees, animals, birds and rocks. Consciousness is the essence that the whole universe is made of.
The miracle is that entering any chakra with love and presence will guide us through the layers of the chakra towards this essence. It will guide us to the center of the unspeakable isness that permeates and pervades everything. Resting in that isness uncovers what we have been seeking for lifetimes.
We have been seeking peace, love, freedom, relaxation and wholeness. We have been carrying the urge to come home, to feel secure, to feel safe, to feel taken care of – to trust. The mystery is that all these qualities are hidden in the pure emptiness of our being. Meeting what is with the eyes of compassion and love is the first step on this great journey from here to here.
In meeting what is, whatever seemed to be separate dissolves into oneness. The mysterious byproduct of becoming one with what is experienced, of becoming the experience itself, is that the duality and the separation dissolve. A third aspect, a third quality which has not been there before, arises.
Many times we may have experienced that meeting sadness and becoming totally sad without rejecting it, brought us to the discovery of love and presence in its very center. Meeting pain with no hope that it should go away guided us to the discovery that in the center of pain we find this incredible openness and spaciousness of love.
Receiving an Energy Reading is a beautiful way to be seen through the heart, through the eyes of love and acceptance. It is like being seen by the most beloved. In this feeling of being recognized, whatever the client has been struggling with can melt.
The totality of the facets of our chakra system is like an exquisite multifaceted diamond. We get so intrigued by looking at the facets that we tend to forget the diamond.
The attempt in an Energy Reading is to move from the form to the formless, by recognizing and then penetrating the facets of the diamond. In the full acceptance and rejoicing of the form, the door opens to the formless. In this way a dance begins to happen between the form and the formless, between the Zorba and the Buddha. The dance is living life with content, moving in the joy of exploring polarities and falling back into the source, into the eternal being.
The only trouble for the mind is that in source, the sensation and experience of "me", of "I", of a separate identity, is not to be found. We cannot feel separate here because we are "this" which permeates everything. In the recognition of this unity we can see the other as a beautiful mirror of one facet of ourselves. Every other – negative or positive – are both pointing their fingers to what is deeper than negative or positive. They are pointing to what simply is.
Recognizing and realizing this truth is all that a man can hope for. It is the end of seeking and the beginning of finding. From here the flower of the being can keep unfolding into thousands and thousands of petals. From here we can see what comes and goes. We can enjoy the show, while resting in what never comes and never goes.
This is our true home.

Unmani i sitt esse.
DIALOGUE WITH RADCLIFFE
Radcliffe: Why is it I am only aware of my life and my sensations if we are all one?
Unmani: This idea that we are all one, is simply a thought happening. It is a belief that you have perhaps heard or read. It sounds lovely but I have no idea what it means. The sensations happen in what I am (what you are) which is much less than one. It is absolutely nothing. There are only these sensations. The belief in other peoples’ sensations is a thought-sensation happening in absolutely nothing. No body owns them and nobody owns life.
R: But to say that there are no other sets of sensations would be insane. Just because I can’t know them, doesn’t mean they’re not there.
U: What is being pointed to is absolutely insane! I’m not suggesting that you now believe that other people’s sensations are not there. I am simply pointing to what is, without delving into thought. All that is, is this sensation, this image, this sound.
R: So what do you mean by ‘what I am is what you are’ if you don’t know anything about what sensations are happening for me? It sounds like we are absolutely separate.
U: What you are is absolutely nothing. This is the emptiness in which all sensation happens. You know this right now beyond all these questions and words. What you are is the nothing that knows this image of apparent separate characters. It is a paradox which can’t be understood. There is the appearance of separate characters and this happens in that which knows no concept of separation.
R: If this can’t be understood, so what can I do to recognise this?
U: What could you possibly need to do to know absolutely nothing. In not knowing anything, this is known. You don’t need to do anything. But anything can happen. All happenings happen in what you are which needs no recognition or understanding.
R: This is easy for you to say when you already recognise this. I don’t know this yet.
U: There is an assumption that there is a separate character sitting over here that recognises something. Actually all there is, is an image. You don’t know anything more than that. I don’t know anything more than you. What you don’t know is what I don’t know!

Unmani
Seeking is such a dramatic game that Life plays with itself. Seeking to fill that empty hole in 'my life' which seems so painful. Seeking for some kind of permanent security or satisfaction. Hoping that 'one day I will find what I'm looking for'.
Whatever is, right now, never seems to be enough.
This is the end of hope. The end of seeking. The end of the assumption that there is a 'someone' who can find something. This is the end of pretending to look for that which has never been anywhere but right here. Nothing to look for, nothing to find. The end of pretending to know or trying to know. This is absolute not-knowing. Forever falling in absolute insecurity.
There is no separation. There is not part of it that is, and part of it that isn’t. There has never been a separate someone to be arrogant or not. I can say ‘I am’ or ‘I know’ and it is not arrogant, it is the way it is. I am the appearance of the separate character, and that which knows the character. There is no separation.
With this, there was a final relaxation. It was seen that actually, there is only arrogance at the same time as absolute humility. But the belief in a someone who owns this, had fallen away. With this, fell away all confusion and trying to become. There was no actual event to mark a specific moment, but a melting away of belief and assumptions. When described in words, it can sound like something special happened but this is the way of words and thoughts. They dramatise. Actually nothing ever happened. I am all that is, and has ever been.
This is what some people call Enlightenment or Liberation. But I cannot say that “I am Liberated” because it has nothing to do with ‘me’. In fact, there is no longer any idea of a separate ‘me’ who could do anything, especially not achieve any state of ‘Liberation’. ‘Liberation’ is simply a word which points to the recognition of nothing but Liberation. There is nothing to achieve and no one to achieve it. I don’t know anything. But out of not knowing, is complete knowing. I am completely lost, and out of that there is a delight in whatever happens. I am forever falling and never land. This is absolute freedom. There is only ‘Liberation’. I wouldn’t choose such a fancy word, though. It is much too simple for that. It is simply Life. I am simply Life.
I am Life itself. Life is. There is no one living it. It is not ‘my life’. There is no ‘me’ that lives. But I am Life. This ‘I’ is not a personalised ‘me’. It is not an assumed separate person. This ‘I’ is all that is. It is Life itself.
That I am Life itself, is known. This knowing goes beyond knowledge and intellect. This knowing is a knowing beyond experience, beyond thought or emotion. Knowing in not knowing. I don’t know how I know, except that, I am. As this knowing of what I am, the character goes on playing the game of being a character in a play. The play is no longer taken seriously, but still everything can and does happen. It is simply known that whatever happens does not happen ‘to me’. It simply happens.
These words are not pointing to anything new. In fact what is being expressed here is timeless. It has always been known. It is known. It is most familiar and ordinary. It is what I am.
This is what I am. I am what you are. Life itself.
This is the expression of Life, directly as it is.

Quotes
The reflection is not in the mirror but of the mirror.
The purpose of heart awakening is to express and reconnect our relationship with the divine.
It takes no strength to letting go…..only courage
Forgiveness is the most important single process that brings peace to our soul and harmony to our life.
..."when I heal my self I heal the world"...
All there is…………is consiusness.
Forgiveness is not something we have to do but something we most allow to flow through us.
When we stop holding on and clinging to anything, we realize we have everything.
Give yourself the gift of forgiveness.
