Paul Brunton about truth
"When you awaken to truth as it really is, you will have no occult vision, you will have no "astral" experience, no ravishing ecstasy. You will awaken to it in a state of utter stillness, and you will realize truth was always there within you and that reality was always there around you. Truth was not something which has grown and developed through your efforts. it is not something which has been achieved or attained by laboriously adding up those efforts. it is not something which has to be made more and more perfect each year. And once your mental eyes are opened to truth they can never be closed again."

Roshiquotes 3
-In awakening the "I" and the "experience" is taken back to the experience wich is all there is. Experience is only experiencing itself. The experience and the experiencer is the same. The funny part is that the experience can express itself through the body-mind and gives the impression of a mirage wich is named personality. Then there is the impression or the phenomen of an "I" who has an experience, wich is never the case. Play of the Nature.

Roshiquotes 2
-You cannot have a thought and be in the "is" at the same time. Time is never precent, it is always a "was".
-Try to catch the now, in that trying it is already gone, it is already changed to something else.
-Is cannot exist in a oposite state ( is not ex.), it is a another is.
-Only that wich is precent can be precent. The precent is that all that can be precent.
-There is no nothing.
-The real or truth or awareness doesn't appeal to "human" reasoning, thinking.
-Awareness is the one being that is aware, that's all.

Experience
Attention is knowledge. We can't experience what we know, we experience what we know, no experience is new. We are telling our selfs what we are experiencing. We know what we are experiencing. We have an relationship with our own experience. The experienced and the experiencer is the "me". In the heart of every experience, there is no-one there. In reality there is no experience, just what's happening. Experience is knowledge.

What the "me" fears the most
"This", the vastness, the reality or the truth doesn't wait for the mind or the "me" to be prepared or be ready to realize its own abscense or reality. It cannot be controlled to happend. The me cannot want its own abscence, that's why the "me" fears most is liberation.

The reality of thoughts
Thought is always an afterthought of what already happend. This moment is already a memory. And it's not a problem, memories happend also in "now". Whatever it is is undivided, you cannot divide space, vastness but you can thought of division, imagine it, fantasize that it can happen, that it is divided. Reality doesn't care about thoughts. Thoughts doesn't touch space, vastness. When the me-thought disappears the idea of a separate entity disolves into space, vastness. And everything is as it always was from the beginning, space, vastness.
Another thing, the universe has no foundation.

You are here, that's enough
Some helpful words from John....
You are here, if you look at that, everything else is taken care of. This is the only thing you can do by yourself, nobody can do that for you, and its easy, you are here. What could be easier. It's to look at the fundamental thing that you know. You are here. Just that! Looka at it. It looks like you. Already you are exactly as you are. You don't have to change anything to see this

Garbagecane
Mind is like a garbagecane, people go by and throu something in it, it can be anything. And then we wonder where it all came from and what it is, this shit and garbage (knowledge, information) and then we try to figure it out what it is and how it fit together and make any sense of it. The parts in this puzzle is bad. we try and we try and we try.....:-)
